I requested for refund for train ticket cancelled on 3rd April.  However I was refunded only 50% of total value.  Why?

Probably because it was return and you only claimed half of it.But many, many people complain about this oversight. You can also lay complain by using a special button on the advice about this.


I made a mistake and I bought a ticket Rotterdam to Amsterdam for tomorrow and I need it for today. Is it possible to change the date or get a refund?


No that's not possible.
