Hi, I lost my black Foldie bag on my way to Schiphol on the 29th Dec and had to run for my flight and did not have enough time to report it at the station and the link to report the bag missing is not working. I can see from the tag that is attached to my keys they they are in Venlo but I have no way of contacting them. Does anyone know how I can do that? Thank you in advance

When you lose a bag in the train, I recommend to contact us as soon as possible. At this moment, there is no Foldie bag uploaded to the website for Lost and Found items yesterday or today, but I recommend you to check this page in the coming days.
my bag is now showing in eindhoven but is not on the website so hopefully someone finds it soon
In Venlo there is no pick up point for lost and found items, so this can be the reason that your item does not show to be in that location anymore. The item can be in the process of being transferred to another location where we're able to upload the item to the website. After the item is ulpaded to the website for lost and found items, then you claim your item.
