I am getting an emails that train is cancelled, but when I call customer service they say it is as per schedule.

I got an email this afternoon that IC 245 scheduled for tomorrow (12-08-2023) to Berlin has been cancelled. I called customer service to make an arrangement, but Customer service executive said, it's a an incorrect email and I can ignore it. But couple of hours later I got another email saying that she provided an incorrect info and asked me to call back to make seat arrangements. I called again and again customer service executive says train is per the schedule. Kind of weird that two incorrect mails and later one stating that the information was wrong and still customer service says ignore the emails. Really not happy with the service of NS

It is still in the international timetable of NS and also in the international timetable of Bahn.de.

@Henkpeetersen It's IC 245 not 145.

Anyway, it looks like customer service is right and the train hasn't been cancelled (yet).

@danhub You are right. 05:02 from Amsterdam what a time……..
