QR code reader station Delft does not work

Dear expert

I have been charged (12 euros) for a check out that I have done at station of Delft on 28 May 2022.

At the same time I had a QR code for my ticket to Brussels (ticket number: 9992 91051195).

When I came back to Delft, my QR code did not work and I had to use my NS card to get out of the station.

You can also check out that the time of my checkout is the same as the time of my arrival on the ticket.

Please let me know if I can give my money back because it was not my fault. I had to get out of the station and I could not jump.

Let me know if it is necessary to send the ticket to you.

Best

Arash

Never ever use your chipcard to enter or exit a station when you are supposed to use a QR code.

Instead:

  1. Check if the gate you're using actually has a barcode reader (not all gates have them).
  2. If the barcode reader really doesn't work, press the "i” button and say the gate doesn't accept your international ticket, so it will be opened remotely.

Please contact customer service to get a refund of your money.
