can’t save my data

Many times I tried to save my data with different initials, and dots etc, but all the time same problem. I’m doing it for my job. Any suggestions?

Can you try without a dot? Otherwise I would like to advice you to try an other browser or device.

Thank you for advise, tried from 2 different computer, and phones, and without dots as well, nothing work.
