I recently received my personal OV with a flex subscription. My surname on the card is wrong and I am wondering how can i change that an dget a new card?

To have your card replaced, it's best to contact OV-chipcard's Customer Service. Is your name correct in your Mijn NS account? If not, you can contact my colleagues of the NS Customer Service.
