Check in-out are not paired, app showing missing check-out/in

I checked in normally, then checked out after normally after the trip. But the app is showing "missing check-out" for the check-in at Amsterdam Centraal and "missing check-in" for the check-out 40 minutes later at Zandvoort-Aan-Zee.

Is this normal? I'm charged for 20 eur for missing check-out and my Flex tarief is not applied for my missing ride! This is awful!

This is not something we can fix for you here Odomontois. You'd need to contact our custormer service for further help with this!

Hi ​@Odomontois . The NS App is crap when it comes to showing trip rates of recent travel. Check your online Mijn NS account. Here the trips usually are 'in behandeling' ('being processed') for a couple of days longer than in the app, but once they show up, they're usually correct and complete.

So: It should be fine in the app (as well) in a couple of days. If the info in your Mijn NS account seems wrong, please contact NS customer service: https://www.ns.nl/en/customer-service

 

@Daniël NS Kan deze bug eens worden onderzocht, ik lees er hier steeds vaker over. De app 'verzint' een tarief (of heffing) na 48 uur in plaats van te wachten op complete informatie, en corrigeert dan later zodra het definitieve tarief is vastgesteld. De site wacht deze definitieve tarieven af alvorens ze te tonen. Tot die tijd staat er keurig 'in behandeling'.

Ik zal je verzoek doorzetten. Volgens mij heeft het al onze nodige aandacht, maar ik kan er intern even niet zo snel iets over vinden. Hopelijk is deze bug snel hersteld.
