I ordered the NS Flex Dal Voordeel on 29 August and will have a new OV card sent to me. My card became effective on 5th September but till already 7 working days have passed, I still haven't received my OV card. My order number is R01_0247562250, please let me know what to do after you check it out.

I am sorry to read that you didn't receive your OV-card yet. Please contact our customer service so they can check your order. You can also get the temporary travel rights so you can already use your contract.
