My factur never arrives in the email, so I never know the correct amount to pay.

When I enter my NS and look at the factur amount, it appears that there is none.

I factur are only debited from my account. I would like to visualize them. how to make?

The invoices should be in Mijn NS, but you need to log in on the website, not in the app. Did you check on the website?
