Hompage can not find my adress

I just wrote my address to activate my account. However they can not find my address and I can not access my account.

Hi Jaeeun You, welcome to our NS Community. 

Is it a foreign address? That can sometimes be an issue. Can you get in touch with customer service in that case? They can enter your address and grant you access. 

If it's a Dutch address, what kind of error do you see?
