I traveled in a Bluenet train from Enschede to Hengelo (departure at 20:54 - reached Hengelo at 21:14). However I missed to check-out in Bluenet and instead ‘checked-in’ in NS😐.

I realized I had checked in NS after returning to the Hengelo station at 23:51, hence I checked-out in NS and then checked-in again in NS for my return journey at 23:52.

I want to claim a refund for the 21:14 - 23:51 NS checked-in time.
