I was advised to Log in to MijnNS ​​via this link: https://www.ns.nl/mijnns and fill up a pre-filled form against one of the travel history where Check in/out was missed out. I have done so but could not find a pre-filled form. Anyone can help me out on this please!

I'm not very familiar with ‘pre-filled forms’ but I believe they mean a way to correct a missed check in or check out using Mijn NS. You should be able to find this in your Mijn NS travel history, but it can take a few days before it appears.

As always, if you can't figure this out you are very welcome to contact our customer service so they can correct it for you.
