How to return money from the card balance?

My card ns balance is 50 €, every month for a weekend Vrij and other transport costs money is deducted only from my debit card, how can I use the money on the balance or return it?

I imagine @Vadym 29 wants to keep using the card. Another way is to end NS Flex and remove it from the card, thus having a card on balance again. And then order the NS Flex subscription again, the balance will be removed from the card and paid back on the next invoice.

If you have a balance of 30 euro or more you can go to a service desk at the station or block your card. You can find more information about this at our website.
