I can’t log in in the application of NS, however I confirmed the email address and I can easily log in via website. I want you to help me to log in in the app

I'm very sorry to read you're having trouble logging into the app. Have you contacted our Customer Service about this yet? They can take a look at your account and maybe figure out what is going wrong. It's also possible to contact App Support in the app itself if you suspect it's a fault in the app, given you say you can log into the website. Hopefully it will be resolved for you quickly either way!

This is usually because of special characters in your password, like <>&# or other. The ! or ? should work.


i still can not ‘inloggen>’ in MIJN NS. I hv something else then i get u. ???


Btw, there are several MIJ NS inloggen in google. NBut which one that i must choose  from Google

The one with the e-mail address that receives invoices.
