I've deleted the screenshot and adjusted your message because it contained privacy sensitive information. This is a public Community, everyone can read these messages.

As for the problem, it seemed you filled in your zip code with a space between the digits and the letters, which gave you insufficient room for the full zipcode. Try writing it without a space, like 1234AB instead of 1234 AB.

Filling in a postal code with a space should not make a difference.

For new buildings/addresses, the postal code is often not recognised. In that case, contact Customer Service to add it manually.
