Need invoice but there is no transaction history

Hello!

I would like to download an invoice for my travel with a NS train which I have paid with my credit card. I have been able to do so in the past, but now my transaction history is completely empty and I can not download the invoice. 

Could you please assist?

So, a solution for everyone experience the same problem. It looks like this is an IT issue which is why you need to contact support and ask them to forward the issue to the IT department.

Hello, yes I can see it, the journey was made on the 6th of May. But my travel history in Mijn NS is empty and I can not get any invoice.

MijnNS is notoriously far behind and it can take weeks for transactions to appear. If you can wait, I wouldn't sweat it but have a look again in another few weeks.

I can do that, but I think there must be another problem, because I can now no longer see the transaction history I was able to see before. So there must be something wrong in the system I think. I have contacted support, but they have not been able to help. Is there another way to get an invoice?

Do you have an old OV-chipcard in your Mijn NS?

I paid with my credit card, not OVcard. I also tried deleting and adding it again, I created a new account and added the card, nothing works. My transaction history is still empty.

Just to be sure:

Is this in the app or on the website?

Did you try to select other periods? Default is 7 days, but there are more options you can select.

In your contact with support, they could see transactions in your account?

Sometimes refreshing the page will help.

Both app and the website do not work. Yes, I have selected different periods, and they did not say if they could see transactions. They now forwarded this problem to the IT department, but I am not having my hopes up...

Getting back to everyone with an update. It looks like they actually managed to solve the issue because today I can see all the transactions and print the PDF invoice. I am immensely grateful to the NS staff for being so efficient and solving the issue (which is indeed very rare these days).
