Payment didn't go through

Hello, 
I have received an email that my payment hasn’t gone through and I should do it immediately so I did with adding the number mentioned in the email to put in the description of the payment but then later I have received another email for payment reminder with different number to put in the description. Money was taken from my bank account but in the NS app it still says I didn’t pay.

In this case, as you mentioned money was taken but the status wasn't updated, I recommend contacting customer service so they can take a look at the actual status for your payment.
