 I forgot to check out therefore 20 euros was the deducted from my account, however i applied for refund and on 22-05 it shows that NS agreed on the refund and it has been done. I did not receive anything in my account (no money back) and the amount was not deducted from the invoice. I wanted to know where is my refund and when is it possible to have the amount in my account?

When you will get a refund, this can take up to 30 days before you will receive this. If you didn't receive this within the 30 days, please contact our customer service so someone can have a look to your request.
