Subscription cancellation

Good morning, I made a payment on the phone to activate a subscription at 5.95 per month. However, I want to cancel it, but I cannot find any indication or invoice in my profile.
I received an email saying that the first charge will be on 19 May. Is it possible to cancel the subscription before this charge?

You can find invoices via the website (not via the app). 

  • Log in to Mijn NS
  • My payments
  • You will find an overview of payments
  • Here you can download your invoice

If you still want to cancel the subscription, please contact NS Customer Service e.g. by phone +31-30-7515155. Available 07.00-23.00 and English is spoken too. They can help you with this.

In addition to the message from Reis met OV: If it isn't processed in time before the payment is withdrawn, the amount will be refunded.
