I’m trying to download my travel history for last month in PDF. The downloading part is fine but I cannot open it anywhere. I even tried to see if I can open in in Google drive and it cannot be open. It said there is an error “because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged”. I need it for work, anybody knows how to fix this?

There is an outage, the document you get is ‘empty’ (try opening it in Notepad and you will see).
They are working on a fix. Try tomorrow.
