I am trying to buy the Dal Free Flex ticket but this error code is popping up - can anyone please advise?

Ik heb zojuist geprobeerd voor mijn partner een ns flex weekend vrij te kopen online. Maar helaas zonder resultaat. Zeer vervelend!! Bij mededeling krijg je deze ov chipkaart kan niet meer gebruikt worden voor ns flex. Kies voor een gratis nieuwe ov chipkaart

Same happened to me today, no possibility to order my personal OV chipkart

“Cardstatus is invalid, this OV-chipkaart can't be used for flex (E100)”
