Charged for a trip I didn't make

I received my factuur for september and it mentions a trip to Haarlem. I was in Haarlem but went by car... I don't understand why there is a trip charge in my card. Does anyone know how I can solve this?

At Mijn NS do have a look at ‘My payments and ‘My travels’. In a lot of cases this clarifies what happened. If not, contact Customer Service.
