Hello yesterday meand my husband bought ns flex however after we travel Led we realized that evven though we are in off peak hours, the system has charged us with the full price. And then we realized that we need to attach it to our ov cards with collect my order option. So is there a way for you to compansate this amount for us for our journey yesterday we did? Thank you.
