I can't see my subscription on my account

Hello, 

I bought a subscription (which has already been paid and I received a confirmation email), but I can’t see it in my account. When I go to “my products” it still says that I’m traveling on balance and recommends me to get a subscription

Hi Camila Freire,

Did you order it on a new OV-chipcard? If so, what was the starting date you chose? The subscription won't show up in Mijn NS until the starting date.
