I have a NS subscription that i have been paying for for 2 months now. The subscription costs 5 euros. I also travel by bus and I have been putting money on my card whenever i travelled. However, i saw that NS charges me more ver month based on how much i spend on my bus tickets. The money I added to the card are not showing on my app and i don’t know what to do so that i can pay with the money i put on the card and for NS not to charge me more every month.

It seems you are using an NS Flex subscription, NS Flex Dal Voordeel specifically. With NS Flex, you don't make use of the balance on your card any more. Any trips you make will be billed via a monthly invoice, which is charged from your bank account automatically.
Balance that you added to your card will not be used. You can go to a service desk at one of our bigger train stations to get the balance refunded. You can also check this website from the OV-chipcard.
