Money Refund after correction fees

20 euros are being deducted from my monthly expenses due to correction fees and I can’t request for refund on my page, I can’t see that option. Where can a request refund?

You do need to contact Customer Service. Not everything works well with the digital service, and they are quite busy, so there will be a waiting time.

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
