Hello, I’m trying to buy a season ticket (weekend vrij) but it keeps giving error in the ovchipkaart section about my date of birth. How can I change this?

A birthdate never changes in life. So if people want to change their birthdate in the system it's often an indication that fraud with age bound fares is involved. Therefore you cannot change it yourself but only by contacting Customer Service.

One person has only one birthday.

But the possibilities to note the date of this day in writing are endless.
