I wanted to subscribe to a NS flex but I have get a message saying that I have an unpaid invoice so I'm not eligible for a NS flex, but when I look at mij NS there is no invoice left for me to pay?

Do you have another subscription whose invoices do not appear in Mijn NS? Maybe an OV-fiets season ticket that you once ordered at another address? In any case, I would like to advise you to contact our customer service. There my colleagues can see for you why you get this message and what you need to do so that you can order the subscription.
