Hello, I just paid for NS flex but unfortunately the date when it will start is 24.9. Is it possible to change it to 17.9. 2022 or 18.9. 2022? Thanks in advance,

Did you order NS Flex on a new card? If so, the earliest starting date is 7 days after ordering, so ordering today the 17th means the earliest starting date is the 24th. These 7 days are needed to produce the card and sent it to you.
