NS Flex Daal VriJ Subscription

Hey.

I was charged this subscription but I didn’t use my card at all or the subscription because I lost my OV card on the last days of the year. For that reason I finally did a NS Zakelijk Card (because the amount I was paying for everything was practically the same as the one on the Business Card) and I’ve been using that for January. I don’t think it’s fair to pay the subscription for February when I didn’t use it at all, and on top of that my OV card is cancelled.

Subscription and chipcard are independent. Have you cancelled the subscription subscription you don't use anymore? If not, then do that now.

Hi NailxByG,

Losing and/or cancelling your OV-chipcard, doesn't automatically cancel your subscription. You can do this yourself in Mijn NS. You'll get a refund for the unused period of February.
