NS Flex Dal Voordeel and I still have to Reizen op Saldo

Hello,

 

I reactivated NS Flex Dal Voordeel on my OV-chipkaart 3528 0400 7455 9355, but I still have the problem that I need to have 20euros on it to be able to check-in (Reizen op Saldo)

 

How come? I used to have the same deal and money would be directly taken from my bank account.

Hi M Germana,

In that case you probably need to activate the subscription at a ticket machine.
