Hello! I recently made a journey during off peak hours (from 9:25 to 12:19) with my OV chipkaart and I also have a Ns flex dal voordeel subscription. I can also see where I checked in and out but the problem is that the full ticket amount was pulled from my ov chipkaart and not the discounted price. Does the discount only show up later or should i contact support regarding that problem?

The discount should show up directly in the overview of NS

 

If you made a train journey before the journey in question with less than 35 minutes in between, it sees both journeys as the same trip, so both are the rate that was set when the first journey started.

 

If you are new to NS flex, it is important to go to an OV chipcard machine to make sure your NS flex subscription is put onto your OV chipkaart

If you have not made a trip 35 minutes before, you may still need to activate your subscription at a machine. It is best to contact our customer service to find out exactly what went wrong and whether anything can be done about it.
