Hello, today was my first time using my ov card. I checked my card on the blue terminal by mistake before entering the train (in Groningen) and I checked out on the yellow terminal (in Eindhoven ). Your colleague told me that is possible to remove the fine.

This community is meant for travelers to help each otger out. We obviously can't correct a fine for you, however. Contact customer support through phone, social media, the chat at ns.nl or (non-electronic) mail for costs regardinge your check out with NS. For costs regarding the check in at another company (with blue poles at Groningen) you'll need to contact that company or see what you can do at uitcheckgemist.nl. NS can't help with that.
