Subscription is not cancelled

Hello!

One month ago I switched from NS Flex Weekend to NS Flex Basic and today I received an email stating that €35.02 will be debited from my account around January 5, 2024. The same message is shown in My NS account in the ”Payment Overview” section. On the homepage, under the section “My Products” I only see “NS Flex Basic” which costs €0 per month. What is the problem?

Hi cosmosman,

You can download the invoice from Mijn NS under 'Betaaloverzicht/My payments’. It has all costs specified and should make clear what you're being charged for.

If you feel something is incorrect, contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or X. On this community fellow travellers help each other and we can't access your customer data.
