I am travelling by train several times every week. I am always careful to do check out after doing check in specially in.
On November 8th 2023, I had a travel to Groningen from Eindhoven. I did check in at 6.14 in Eindhoven and checkout at 9.15 in Groningen.
In Groningen when I wanted to do checkout, I heard different noise when I put my card on the "yellow colour card monitoring", so I put my card again and the sound was the same. Any way I did the check out.
BUT Unfortunately the price for payment was calculated as full payment without considering my promotion. .
I want to request for payback because I did the check out.
I would be thankful if you consider this request and re evaluate the receipt of my payment.
