I accidently change my subscription. Before I had a altijd vrij suscription and now it is Flex Dal voordeel. My card was stolen. When I talked with customer service they said my suscription would be change again to Altijd vrij one. Now that my new card arrived, I tried to pick uo the order but theres no order for me, meaning that I still have the flex dal instead of the one I normally had. I tried to change it my self but says that it is not possible due to the time. That i would be able to do it on 26, but it is too long for me to wait. is there another option?

Maybe you can contact the NS Customerservice by phone: +31 30 751 51 55 (day and night available).
They can see and change your subscription.
Normally, when you get a replacement card the subscription you had on your old card is copied on the new card.
At this Community travellers try to help other travellers, but we cannot view or change eachother's data.
If you paid € 11,50 the new card will have NS Flex on it. What susbscription is active is decided by the backend system, so if Customer Service set it to Altijd Vrij you are good to go. No need to pick up an order.
You will also receive an invoice the next day, make sure the card number is correct.
