who can help?  I paid the invoice on IBAN but did not enter the account number itself, and sent money to NS Group -171 evro, but I don’t know whether it was credited or not, there is no credit in the application

Only customer service can help, not this community, since nobody here has access to your data. But it can take a few days until a payment is processed.
