NS do not know my abonnements

Hello,

if I use the URL

https://www.ns.nl/mijnns#/dashboard

I see that a have at the moment the “NS Flex Dal Voordeel”

but if I use

https://www.ns.nl/nsflex/webshop#/abonnementen/lijst

for the same(=identical) chipkaart

I get the message

“Je hebt geen abonnement op deze kaart”

Waht is the resaon about this confusion? I use the same account, the same e-mail-adress and the same chipkaart number.

May anyone comment on this?

I can't seem to replicate this issue as you've described it. Can you per chance make screenshots of this so we can look into it further?

It takes a few seconds but eventually the page does work

After a refresh (F5)

If you want to switch subscriptions, the site should work without logging in. Choose what you want and log in when asked.
