Hi,

I lost my airpods on the train. When I track back it says it’s in Schipol airport. Can I come check at the helpdesk/lost and found department please?

You can inform at this number, 030 7515155 where it is or may be. You can inform after you filled in what is suggested at this site . You will get a number and you may get it back with it, when they reside at the office. Without this number probably not, even if there is evidence that it is yours. NS has a realtime database. When they remain at the same place, indicated by your iPhone, chances may be  better.
