We are currently operating a transportation portal and are very interested in the P+R data from the Netherlands, as it is displayed on your website. Do you provide this data externally so that we can integrate it into our portal?

It is available through the NPR (nationaal parkeerregister) Open data: https://npropendata.rdw.nl/parkingdata/v2
But this contains (almost) all parking places in the Netherlands, including P+R locations.
The “staticDataUrl” contains information like location and prices, dynamicDataUrl contains information about available places.

+4Most P+R parkings at stations are operated by Q-Park, they have an API https://www.q-park.nl/nl-nl/zakelijk/parkeeroplossingen/producten/online-reserveren/api (page in Dutch).
