I lost an iPhone on the train and someone contacted me saying they found it and gave it to Leiden Lost and Found. I started a query for my lost item on NS and put it in the detail that its in Leiden. But i just received an email saying that it has been 3 days and theres little chance it will be found. Is this normal? Maybe it takes time to match that item to my query
