Hello , I change 2nd to 1st class from Amsterdam to deventer then I change it immediatly to 2nd class and I used second class, why its mention 33€ for 1st class?

Did you change the 2nd to 1st class at a ticket machine? Then it should be possible to cancel this upgrade. If you're already checked in, it is not possible to cancel the upgrade to the 1st class. You can contact our costumer service to check you're travel details. Maybe there is a refund possible if they can see that you tried to cancel the upgrade.
