About the refund application

Hi, this is Maggie. I arrived in Schiphol airport on 18 AUG and bought an OV card there. I tried to create an account on NS and connected my current OV card, and the travel history showed that I forgot checking in or out after my second scan in Venlo. So I fill out the request form try to complete the travel record. But I was wondering if your system will double deduct the trip from Schiphol to Venlo, I took the one-way trip once. My card number is 3528************. This is my first using OV card so I would like to figure out the problem or the solution i made is correct or not. Please let me know any outcome or tell me how to process.
