I’m trying to buy a subscription with Arriva, so I just changed my NS subscription from Dal Vrij to Weekend Vrij. But when I tried to purchase the subscription in Arriva, they said “dit product is niet combineerbaar met producten op uw ov-chipkaart”. Has anyone had this situation?

As an addition to what Tochjo has already stated, you can disable that part of your product by contacting our customer service. But if you can provide what Arriva product you're looking for, we can also tell you if it needs to be removed in full for the Arriva product.
+3In general, subscriptions from other operators don’t combine well with any form of NS Flex. Disabling the Bus Tram Metro part of NS Flex might solve this issue, but it could also be that using a separate OV-chipcard is the best option, depending on what Arriva product you’re trying to buy.

+3Arriva Dal Voordel/Vrij Noord/Oost is also valid in trains, and will not combine with NS Flex even if the BTM part of NS Flex is removed.
