at time 31-03-2024. actually i am check-in at Rotterdam station to Eurostar platform(not to Den Haag) no found checkout place. Can u check my information and have refund?

If you checked in with your OV-card, you can correct this yourself in your My NS-account or you can contact our customer service to correct this for you. If you used your credit/debit card, you can correct this via OV-pay.
