Good evening!  7 days have passed and the card has not arrived.  Where to apply?

Call Customer Service. When you want to travel with the card and it should be valdid, tell them. In that case there is no disadvantage. You can arrange something with Customer Service.

    Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
