Hi, I have forgotten to check out travelling by NS from Groningen to Zwolle on Saturday. I gave a call to support on Saturday asking to check me out, yet they told me that they can do it only on Monday. I try to give a call today but it seams to be busy and nobody has responded. So I am writing hear. Please check me out.

It's incredibly busy at customer service right now and it can help to call at a less busy hour. We are open 24/7 for this, so even if call us at midnight we will be there, hopefully with a less crowded line.
