Hi! I used my ov card for the first time today, checking in (at Nijmegen) and out (Arnhem) via the gates at the entrance / exit of the station. If I hadn’t checked out, I couldn‘t have opened the gate. Still, on Mijn NS it says that I‘m still checked in since Nijmegen, even though it has been 5 hours. Is this normal or should I do something about it?

That can take some time to progress, especially when you have NS Flex. You can check this again tomorrow or later this week. If the check out is missing, you can correct this in your My NS-account or you can contact our customer service.

Are you sure you checked both in/out at an NS gate and not at an Arriva gate?
