21 april, I go from station lombardijen to station den haag, moerwijk. Im not tapping out because i don't see any tap machine. In 9292 app the price was only €6,7. Why NS charge me with €20? And how can i change the invoice? Thanks.

You were charged € 20, because you didn't check out. You can correct this on www.uitcheckgemist.nl.
