I checked in on the bus but when i wanted to check out the system/machine didn work

Hi Zoe1992, you can easily fix the missed checkout yourself.

If you checked in with an OV-Chipkaart, you can correct the missed check-out here: https://www.uitcheckgemist.nl/?locale=en.

If you used your debit card to check in, you can do that here: https://zelfregelen.ovpay.nl/reisoverzicht.
